We carefully select our almonds for their plumpness and texture. After being ripened by the warm subtropical Californian sun, we lightly air roast them to bring out their flavour. MILK CHOCOLATE COATED ALMONDS: Milk Chocolate (70%) (Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Milk Fat, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin), Roasted Almonds (29%) (Almonds, Rapeseed Oil) Glazing Agent: Gum Arabic; Corn (Maize) Protein.
Milk Chocolate contains Cocoa Solids 30% minimum, Milk Solids 20% minimum.
